About the Designer
Vivian Cruickshank is a designer based in San Francisco and NE Wisconsin. Her educational background includes a certificate in UI/UX Design from UC Berkeley-Extension, bachelor's degree in Art (graphic design emphasis) from the University of Wisconsin, followed by a certificate in web design and an associate's degree in video and motion graphics.
Various internships, jobs, and freelance projects have enabled her to develop proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Procreate. Her skills also include some HTML/CSS, video editing and other motion graphics software (Premiere and After Effects). She has kept current with those programs while learning more digital and other technical skills.
Her projects include a wide range clientele, from small businesses to notable publications, public figures and industry leaders such as Vogue Magazine, The Hershey Company, Uber, Actress Angelica Ross, and influencer Heidi Nazarudin.
When she is not designing, she enjoys going out to concerts, checking out new restaurants, traveling around the world, playing tennis and DJing.
